How to study well? To be honest, it's pretty easy to concentrate or focus on your studies and perform well in academics. There are a lot of good habits and also bad academics habits but they differ people to people so does their opinion.

 Today in this blog we will learn a lot of things:-

1. How to study well and learn.

2. Good study habits

3. Bad study habits. 

You need to make strategies and focus on things that work. You should know that study smart and not hard. You need to be smart and healthy and at the very same time though, it is hard to maintain everything simultaneously but everyone knows what they want, don't they?

 You might be studying straight for 5 to 6 hours a day but it simply won't work if you arent giving your 100% or just sitting and staring at the book YOU NEED TO FOCUS!!!

I appreciate that you want to study well and give your 100% 

According to Swami Vivekananda:- 

The Vision, Plan, and Execution- the Threefold mantra for students to succeed. 

- We all need  3 very important things in our life before doing something

1. Vision (direction)

2. Plan

3. Execution 

A Message was given by him: "If a man with an ideal makes a thousand mistakes, I am sure that a man without an ideal would make fifty thousand." We know what he wants to say, and jogs someone's memory that we should make a plan first!

 There are 3 types of problem a student can face:-

1. A Student without vision 
2. A student with a great vision, but do not know how to move forward
3. Students with vision and great plans in place but no focus on execution. 

Students with good synchronisation of vision, plan, and execution will succeed without any doubt! 

This time I'll give you some unique and uncommon tips which may help you!

1. Test yourself:- 

In my opinion, I'd say testing yourself is one of the best ways to study. It is very useful at the same time. 

How does testing help?

• You have read a chapter 1st time you are not sure that if you remember everything you can solve the exercise which is present at the end of the chapter. Now you can consider if you remember everything and how much you do!

• You can even ask your parents or someone to take a test. 

• If you have read a new chapter, close the book now write its summary on a paper

• Learned new questions and answers to a chapter? write it and see.

2. Make studying a habit:-

 Till now you should know that Academic work will make your life. Don't make it alternative days. You should know the value of reading, gathering knowledge, exams, and every other thing. Read and write for at least 2 hours every day. Studying at the last moment for marks and not knowledge will not work every time. Be prepared! Learn new things every day and most importantly, implement them in your life. It will give and make your life much better. 

3. Have a sound sleep:- 

Research shows that having a sound sleep helps learning and memory in two different ways. First, a sleep-deprived person cannot focus or concentrate and cannot learn efficiently. Second, sleep itself has a very important role in memory, which is essential for learning new things. 

4. Setting Goals:- 

Setting goals and working on them is very important and setting goals daily improves your attitude your time management skills and Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses on helping and enhancing your knowledge and helps you to organize your time so that you can make the most of your life.

5. Don't multitask:-        

Multitasking can slow down your brain

If your brain is trying to manage several tasks at once, it may affect the way you work even when you're attempting to complete a single task. A study by Stanford researchers found the brains of people who multitask work less efficiently even when they're not multitaskingWhen you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully

~ EXTRA NOTES:-

1. Driveaway negative and unnecessary thoughts that enter your mind and have a positive and clear mindset. 

2. Study in the early morning. 

3. Study in a place with less noise, distraction, and disturbance

4. There is no use of continuous reading without understanding. 

5. Never give up.
